Terms of Service
These terms describe the expectations for using Just Bean It, including coffee posts, social features, reviews, cafe discovery, and account access.
Acceptance of Terms
By using Just Bean It, you agree to use the app responsibly and follow these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the app.
User Content
You are responsible for the coffee photos, reviews, comments, profile details, and other content you submit. You should only upload content you have the right to share. You keep ownership of your content, but you allow Just Bean It to display, store, resize, and share it inside the app as needed to operate app features.
Community Guidelines
Just Bean It is intended to be a respectful coffee community. Do not post abusive, misleading, illegal, hateful, harassing, or harmful content, and do not misuse cafe reviews or social features.
Photo Uploads
You are responsible for photos you upload, including making sure they do not violate another person's privacy, rights, or safety. Just Bean It may remove photos that appear to be prohibited, harmful, or unrelated to the app community.
Location-Based Features
Just Bean It may include cafe discovery, maps, check-ins, visit verification, and location-tagged posts. Location information can be imperfect, unavailable, or affected by your device settings, so you should use your own judgment when visiting cafes or following app suggestions.
Prohibited Content
Do not post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, harassing, impersonating another person, spammy, deceptive, malware-related, invasive of privacy, or intended to manipulate reviews, badges, location features, or social interactions.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Please contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Termination
Access to Just Bean It may be limited or terminated if an account is used in a way that harms the app, other users, cafe partners, or the broader community. Content may also be removed when it violates these terms or creates safety, legal, or operational concerns.
Intellectual Property
The Just Bean It name, app design, branding, software, and original app materials belong to the app creator. User content remains your responsibility, but you allow the app to display it as needed to provide app features.
Limitation of Liability
Just Bean It is provided as-is and may change over time. The app is not responsible for cafe availability, third-party services, user-submitted content, or losses resulting from app use to the fullest extent allowed by law.
