Information Collected
Just Bean It may collect information you provide directly, such as your email address, username, display name, profile details, coffee posts, captions, ratings, comments, saved items, tags, notifications, and app feedback.
Account Data
Account and profile information is used to create your account, show your profile, support social features, send account-related notifications, and help secure access to the app. Authentication and user records are handled through Supabase. If Apple Sign In is enabled, Apple may provide a name or private relay email address according to your Apple account settings.
Coffee Posts & Photos
Coffee posts may include captions, ratings, tags, cafe references, comments, likes, and uploaded photos. This content may be stored with Supabase database and storage services so it can appear in the app feed, profiles, cafe pages, collections, notifications, and related social features.
Location Usage
Location access is optional and may be used for cafe discovery, nearby search, maps, directions, location-based tags, and visit verification. You can manage location permissions through your device settings. Some location-related information may be associated with posts or reviews when you choose to use those features.
Social Activity
Comments, likes, tags, follows, saved items, and notifications are used to provide the social parts of Just Bean It. These features may make parts of your activity visible to other app users depending on the feature and your account settings.
Analytics
The app may use limited analytics or diagnostic information to understand app performance, fix bugs, and improve core features. This information is used to maintain and improve Just Bean It.

If you contact support, your email address and message contents may be used to respond to your request and track app feedback or reported bugs.
Data Storage
Just Bean It uses Supabase backend services for authentication, database records, real-time social activity, notifications, and uploaded media storage. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect app data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request help accessing, updating, or deleting account-related information by contacting support at Drewj@drewbuilds.com. Please include the email address or username connected to your Just Bean It account. Some data may be retained when required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, backup, or operational reasons.
